Brands Widget not displaying on front-end

For a couple of days now the brands widget does not display on the front-end of the website. See images attached for reference. It doesn’t work in the pre-footer as well as in the main menu. Looking forward to a solution.

I saw the screenshots you attached.

Please make sure that you have added the brand’s element in an HTML block and add it in the prefooter then clear cache and check back.

If you still have the same issue then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

The prefooter has the right html block in place. But the brand widget does not seem to work at all. Even when I add it to a page manually.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
