Broken link – the website does not exist

After sitemap creation the software has shown the below broken link:

https://www.modelight.co.uk/pendant-lighting,zig-zag-p,008,222.htmlhttp:/

The broken link is from the old website. The old website was totally removed from the server in summer 2020.

The current, new website (basel theme) has a different link structure.

Why the software was able to pick up the broken, non existent link from the website that no longer exist? (the hosting company advised to contact the theme developer)

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.
