BROWSE CATEGORIES ISSUES

Hi,
Browse categories doesn’t work proporly. In header setting, when I choose a menu for catégories, it doesn’t work. But when I choose Main menu it works.
Is it a known issue?

Please provide the site admin access to the private area and let me know the menu which is Product categories.
