Hi.
When I choose GRID – I see 3 columns with text (all is good)
When I change to CAROUSEL – in the first slide 1 column is missed.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor (if you use the Elementor Pro, deactivate it as well)
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme, if you use the child one.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
