Firstly, we have confirmed from the Test Site, the Address Input field is working fine there for the Checkout page. Here you can check yourself too: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/checkout

Further, on your Site we check this concern with the default WordPress Themes like Storefront theme activated too and this issue was persisting with that too: https://snipboard.io/1Bx3hJ.jpg

So, this seems to be happening specifically on your Site. So, as you know the Checkout page comes from WooCommerce so you might want to contact the WooCommerce Support in this regard. They will guide you better.
