Bug in your theme found (confirmed by yithemes)

We have found with yithemes developer team an bug in your latest theme files.
We are using this premium plugin from yith website:

Basicly the email looks like this in demo (tested with 5 random themes and its working fine):

Then we activated woodmart theme. Then the emails looking like this:

The image is to large and fill the full width of email. But correct is just an thumbnail.

So we started ticket on yiththemes.com Feedback:
“Plugin will use Shop Thumbnail size if its correct defined by theme core. Please download attached file and move it to the following path wp-content\themes\your-theme-name\woocommerce\emails to fix your theme bug. Your theme is fine but something coud be better and more effective in code. We finish it for you. Contact your theme developer to solve that issue in next update”

Sorry, could you please explain what exactly is wrong when our theme is active? What should we change in the code?
The file you uploaded is not a part of our theme but comes with the plugin. We don’t know what was changed there.

Image have full width and is to large.

Developer of plugin told us most of new/modern theme already provide the correct code and files to give set right image size in email like thumbnail. Woodmart does not have this, so they send us the uploaded php file to solve that issue.

But i dont wanna add files into core folder to theme or child folder. Maybe there is an chance to solve that with woodmart options or you can add this to your theme package files?

Many other user also using yith plugins and they all will have the same issue. Issue is confirmed by yith developer team.

Yes, we would be glad to help you. But we need to understand what the problem in our theme’s code. Please, ask plugin’s developers for some details. What should we change in our theme files?
