Please deactivate all the third-party plugins to activate the parent theme and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have rechecked your website. The issue seems to be caused by the Elementor PRO lightbox gallery that is displayed under the standard theme gallery.

Please turn off the lightbox from the Elementor plugin then check back after clearing the cache.
