Hi,

When I select 4 columns, it’s displaying it’s products in 2 columns:

How to fix this?

Yes, this element does not work correctly, you would better apply Product Grid element from WoodMart https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/product-grid-carousel-element/
