    Hello,

    I have an issue with the login icon in the menu, when I click on it (not logged in), there is the black layer but no login box appears.

    Could you check it please?

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you have set the behavior of MyAccount same for both mobile and desktop by editing from

    WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header >> Edit Account module >> Form Display.

    I have the same behavior for mobile and desktop. Please check out the screenshots.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshots you attached.

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    How did you fixed it please? I need to replicate the fix on prod server.

    Hello,

    You were using a Custom Header for the homepage. I edited the header and set the behavior of the My Account Same for both mobile and desktop and fixed the issue.

    Could you explain how did you edited the header? I’m using the same behavior for mobile and desktop but I didn’t got what do you mean by editing the custom header.

    You need to edit the header as mentioned in the screenshot and set the behavior of the My Account then the issue will be fixed.
