Bug with WoodMart Theme?

There seems to be a strange bug with the WoodMart theme.
I created a “Services” page at the following URL:
https://it-specialists.ca/services/
Everything was working fine with the Services page I created, but then it suddenly started redirecting to a page from the sample real estate website that came with the WoodMart theme.
In other words, if you click on the above URL, it will take you to a page from the real estate website that came with the WoodMart theme.
But if you login to the dashboard and edit the “Services” page, you will see all the WPBakery elements that I created for the Services page.
So the backend editor looks correct, but when you view that page on the frontend, it takes you to a pre-made page that came with the WoodMart theme.
I contacted WP Engine and they said this was an issue with the WoodMart theme. They said “it seems the theme itself has reserved the “services” slug for a premade layout page and the only way to fix it is if you edit the URL (inside the Services page on the backend) and change it to something else like “it-specialists.ca/services1”
Perhaps you can help me fix this?
I just need the “it-specialists.ca/services” URL to start redirecting to the correct page that I created, rather than the pre-made layout page that came with the WoodMart theme.
I have provided the login credentials below, as well as screenshots of what it should look like versus what appears.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

I made a complete backup of the site and then installed the Storefront theme, as per your request. This issue did not occur in the Storefront theme. Then I re-installed the WoodMart theme and the issue came back. In other words, this issue (i.e. the redirect of “it-specialists.ca/services” to one of your pre-made page layouts) only happens when the WoodMart theme is active. I’ve added the login credentials below in case you need to take a look.

I found a way to fix this on my site, but there still might be a bug with the WoodMart theme… I went into “Theme settings > Portfolio” and turned OFF the Portfolio setting on the site. The Services URL then started taking me to my Services page, and not to a Portfolio page. The reason why there still might be a bug is because there was no “Portfolio page” selected in the settings – but it would still redirect the Services URL over to a portfolio page. In other words, I don’t need your assistance fixing this issue on my website anymore, but you still may want to check into it for the WoodMart theme. Thanks for your help.

Please create another page and set it as Porfolio or disable the Portfolio in the Theme Settings.
