Bundled Plugin

Dear,

I have having difficulty updating slider revolution which is bundled with your theme. Whenever i click the update now button, its the same annoying pop up. I visited their FAQ but no concrete solution is available. Please advise.

Please navigate to Appearance > Install plugins and update Slider Revolution. If you have any problems make the full backup of your site and provide FTP access to the private are.

What private area access do you need? I use cpanel?

I need FTP access in the case If I fail to upload the plugin via admin panel. Before trying this approach, please navigate to Appearance > Install plugins > find the Slider Revolution and update.

I access the files via Cpanel and not FTP.

See below image, slider revolution is not even listed.

Nevertheless, please log in as admin to assist.

It means it has been installed and updated. This list contains the plugins which require updating/installation/activation
