Button color setting

Hello,
Please refer to my pictures and links:
Why are the font colors of the two buttons “add to cart” changing from white to black when the mouse is close to them? But the other button “”ASK QUESTION …” is still white when the mouse is close to it?
I hope that after the mouse approaches, all the button fonts will change from white to black.
Can you tell me how to set it up?
