BUY Button for External Product Stopped Working

THIS IS URGENT PLEASE!

All of our products are hosted on EJunkie, so all products in our shop are setup as External/Affiliate product and are link to the Ejunkie payment page, however something happened in the past few days and now the Buy buttons attempt to add the product to the Cart instead of taking the buyer out to Ejunkie checkout as it should.

We’re bleeding money because nothing is being sold right now because of this issue. We tested various plugins, but can’t find what the problem is.

Are there maybe some specific settings that might be creating this issue? Please advise!

Try to disable AJAX add to cart option in Theme Settings -> Product page. We will fix this issue in our next theme update.

There is no such option in Theme Settings > Product Page (screenshot attached). Could you please clarify where that option can be disabled?

Sorry, we have had too many issues with our live site in the past few days and we have added a code that is a temporary fix until you guys update the theme. Is there any schedule for the next update? When can we expect that?

We will release a new update in a few weeks. But it would be better if you can provide us your admin access so we can identify the problem.
