Campo teléfono requerido

    Tengo un problema con el formulario de checkout de mi sitio web, necesito que el campo teléfono sea un campo requerido, use la función del tema para esto y aun así el campo seguía siendo opcional al momento de ingresar los datos, busque otra manera con un complemento externo y el campo lo puse hacer requerido, pero incluso así, llegan algunos pedidos sin el numero de teléfono en algunos pedido, ya probé desactivar los complementos para verificar y sigue sin funcionar checkout campo del tema.

    Hi,

    We investigated your site’s settings and see that you are using the Gutenberg checkout block. Our Checkout Manager only works if you have a checkout page created using the WooCommerce checkout shortcode [woocommerce_checkout], which is automatically installed with our import, and it is not working with the checkout made with the new Gutenberg block.

    For the Checkout Fields Manager to start working, you need to go to your checkout, open it in the page builder editor and replace the Checkout block element with a Shortcode block. Then, insert the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] into it (screenshot https://monosnap.ai/file/cDdsk3HCsmf0FSVqVmJs99f1SQzBJU).

    Realice los cambios que me indico añadiendo el shortcode de woocommerce en la pagina de checkout, el campo aparece requerido sin necesidad de un complemento externo, aun así hace doce horas hicieron un pedido hace 12 horas y no contiene el número de teléfono dentro del pedido.
    Por favor verificar, no deberia dejar de enviar el formulario sin el campo de telefono

    Hi,

    We have checked your website and confirmed that everything is configured correctly in the field manager. The Checkout Field Manager successfully makes the field required, preventing the customer from placing an order without filling it out — as shown here: https://gyazo.com/a4d8d25f16097ff75ae9dbca91b3e680. The customer sees a clear message indicating that they must complete the field, meaning they absolutely should have provided the information; however, the PayPal payment plugin then processes this data and, for some reason, fails to save the phone number in the final order details.

    Try going into your PayPal account settings and setting the phone number as a required field there. You can also try placing a test order, selecting PayPal as the payment method (as shown here: https://gyazo.com/7f23f5a3f3696afb1864c2d9fb7fab4b) using the default Storefront theme to ensure the issue isn’t caused by your current theme.

    Also, please consult the payment plugin’s documentation regarding its checkout behavior using the following link: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#paypal-on-non-checkout-pages. And make sure you have completed all the necessary settings located in the section of that article titled “Retrieve the buyer’s phone number.”
