Can i activate license on newly built site but same domain

Hi i have had to delete my wordpress website which already had woodmart activated on there as well as the licence code. Due to malware i have now had to delete the current website and build it from scratch on the same domain. I could reinstall the woodmart theme on the new site but would there be a problem entering the licence number as i have already activated it on the old version?
Please help ASAP!
