can i change how the image thumbnails are set up in mobile presentation?

the images are one below the other – can I change it?

I have visited the URL you provided. To change the image thumbnails position you can find settings under Theme Settings >> Product Page >> Images.

this is not settings for mobile, the issue i have is how it is look like in mobile not desktop

Sorry, But The mobile view of the product page inherit from the desktop version and there is no options in theme settings available to set it for mobile separately.

It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
