Can i use my newly purchased woodmart theme on subdomain?

i want to develop my website on subdomain after that i want to move my website on my main domain. is there any problem occure in future if i activate it on subdomain and later move to main domain? please let me know

You can activate the license on two domains: live and testing for one and the same site.

If you are going to keep different domains, you will need the license for every domain.
