Unfortunately, There is no option in Theme Settings to add the image zoom effect on the categories images on mobile when scrolling, the zoom effect is set on desktop for the categories images on hover.
So you cannot add this feature for mobile. It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

As I mentioned in my previous reply the zoom effect on images does not work for mobile.
Because the hover doesn’t work for mobile. That’s why you cannot make the image zoom effect for
mobile on hover.
