Do you mean the page title? You need to enable the page title in the Theme Settings > Shop > Titles and Sidebars. Find the option to show the categories in the page title.

Edit Category page has additional options as follows:

Image (icon) for categories navigation on the shop page – Categories in page title

The filter is enabled in the Theme Settings > Shop. Then you add filter widgets in Apperance > Widgets > Filter area.
