Cancel Order by a customer

    When a customer place an order..it does not show any cancel or refund button on the my account page of a customer..how to fix this problem?

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    I think the problem will remain same..as my account is comes under WooCommerce..but normally do anyone need an extra plugin or the refund/cancel option is available by default?
