Cannot Add or Remove items from cart

My site has major issues regarding the cart functionality. First, i’m unable to add products to cart. When i try to do so, only a rotating circle is shown. Second, i cannot remove products from cart. When i try to do so, i’m, redirected to a blank page.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
