hello is there any way to change the word CATEGORIES for another, or change it to another language.

I saw the screenshot you attached.
1) To change the text you have to use the Loco translate plugin.
You need to go to Dashboard >> Loco Translate >> Theme >>WoodMart >> Search for your string and translate it and save the changes.

I did it with Loco and nothing. still the same.
Besides not being able to change the text, I also cannot find the option to change the red color of the CATEGORIES menu.
I HOPE THERE IS ANOTHER OPTION, BECAUSE IT CANNOT BE.

It seems that you are not choosing the correct path to translate the string. Please Go to Dashboard >> Loco Translate >> Themes >> Woodmart.
Then select language and click synchronize first then find the string to translate.
