    Hi,

The issue with the header and icons has not resolved itself. We were told to update and that this would fix the issue but the issue has not been fixed. If you can help us please do. All access is given.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Your issue has been solved. It was the cache issue, I have deleted the cache from the site now everything is working fine in the Header.

    Best Regards.

    Hi,

The issue is still persisting on many different browsers and mobile. I have cleared the cache from those specific browsers and the issue is still there. It is even worse now on google chrome than it was prior. Is there a solution?

    Hello,

I have attached pictures of the issue. You can see on one browser the icons and header are missing. There are some other smaller issues as well. We would ideally like the entire site to be like the one with the header. The same issue also persists on mobile.

    Hello,

Sorry to say but it seems that you forgot to attach the Images or Video in your Topic Response.

Kindly, check and attach them so that we can better understand and assist you accordingly.

Also, please take complete Backup of your Site too, then provide us the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

Sorry to say but it seems that the Cache is not getting completely cleared from your Server end.

Because as soon as we clear the Cache out from the Browser with the Inspect Tool, the Site Preview becomes correct (under the Incognito mode).

So, please once contact your Hosting Provider in their regard and ask them flush out any sort of Site or Server Cache and then check back your Site Preview again in Incognito Mode.

Hopefully, you won’t find the issue again.

    Best Regards
