I have contacted WP regarding this issue and their answer is:
“Those screenshots are not from the WP default media library. What plugin(s)/theme are you using for this? I suggest asking them as it’s not a WP core issue, but a plugin or theme issue.”

So now I am stuck here.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins and provide the admin panel login details of the website.
