Cannot upload video for product (Luke or Aizaz ONLY)

I am having issues trying to upload a video for a product. This is the first time trying to upload a video for a product but it is not working. I thought this was a woocommerce issue, so I contacted them but they are not telling me to contact my theme dev.

Could you please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.
