Can't acces my website

I’ve succeeded to update and connect to xtemos, thank you !
I’ve made the updat eof the basel theme but my website is not working anymore (http error 500).

Is the issue linked to this update ?

Please provide your site admin access as well as FTP access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit to deactivate the plugins and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking.

Please switch to the parent theme and site would work, the problem has been caused by the custom code of the child theme.

Hello,

You can switch to the child theme and add the custom code snippet by snippet checking the site to detect which code causes the problem, then correct or delete this code and theme would work in the child theme.
