Can’t Change Color of Links in Theme Color Settings

Hi There,
As you can see from the attached screenshot, I have changed all the colors in Dashboard > Theme Settings > Styles And Colors to a light blue color for the Primary, Secondary and Links colors. However, the phone numbers throughout the website are still showing up with a dark blue color. I’ve tried clearing the cache in WordPress and also in Google Chrome, but none of that fixes it. Can you please tell me if I’m doing something wrong? I’m simply trying to change the color of the phone numbers throughout the site to a light blue color (so that they’re easier to read when there is a dark blue background). Thanks
