Cant change site tittle

For a strange reason i cant change the site title . Iam saving but https://prnt.sc/1ugkr98 and after is saved it goes back to the default https://prnt.sc/1ugkv8j .
It doesnt save it, it shows only the english version instead the greek version title.

Because the site title is WordPress functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
