Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme, then clear cache and check back.
If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
Please check the issue before tell me to deactivate all third party plugins. I have 4-5 Woordmart licences and on every ticket you reply me like this before you check the real issue. It’s time consuming and non-professional.
I have only the required and recommended plugins on my theme and I have that issue. You should check before you reply. I am a little bit dissapointed about this attitudine.
