cant delete an popup

hello sir please i have an issus that an popup in front page cant find it in my page for delete it i only delete it the html block but it still apear in black like empty and cant find the elements on my page for delete defenetly you can see on the screenshot i also have a question about picture quality some of my pictures get blur and some no can you please sugget me the best size picture to uplaod for it look perfectly

You need to disable it in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Promo popup.
