I have downloaded the plugin directly, but encounter another issue.
While I was importing the base import, it shows a warning “Import AJAX problem. Try to disable all external plugins and check the problem with your hosting provider. If it will not help, contact our theme support for help.”
I provide my admin access on private sector.
It seems like your server blocks the connection to our server’s IP 138.201.123.145. Please, contact your hosting provider and ask to unblock it. Also, clarify the reason why this IP was blocked.
