JobParticipantYes, I am also experiencing this problem. Need to fix it soon.
I think it might be caused by me changing the slug of the product, as the issue appeared after I performed this action.
I don’t like redundant link suffixes so I changed it.May 25, 2025 at 6:14 pm #663087
sal357atParticipant@Job hi, so what am i supposed to do to fix it? i am stuck 🙁

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The default Shop page is not editable via page builders. If you want to customize the Shop/Archive page, use our Layouts builder, more details on how to use that are here – https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Kind Regards

JobParticipantThis solution is not feasible, I’ve already tried it.
When I recreate the page, the page says that WordPress has encountered a serious error and cannot be opened and edited properly.May 26, 2025 at 2:24 pm #663250
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Send me access to the admin panel so I can check that issue. Also, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Currently, I see that you have not defined the Shop page here – https://prnt.sc/77pallvkwXGz , so I have define it – https://prnt.sc/-4ykr0TNUKIC , this define page is not editable, it’s impossible to edit it even on the default theme.
Also, you have the layout – https://prnt.sc/IyCni8Ov7ocL , which works for the archive page – https://prnt.sc/5GkDbQc8k1mY and which is editable – https://prnt.sc/4GybEeACwGMD
Kind Regards

JobParticipantNone of this matters, what matters is that I can’t use elementor editing on my checkout page, selecting elementor editing directly on the page and clicking on the top tool editing on the front end prompts as shown in the image respectively.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Okay, I see. May I disable the 3rd party plugins and enable the default/parent theme for testing?
Looking forward to collaborating with you!
Kind Regards
