cant install the theme

hi,

i downloadid the your file (installable files only)
i try to upload it vs wordpress admin, but cant instal, the error answer its “The link has expired”
why is that?
i tried the woodmart.zip file or even all the “themeforest-w1sqDrq0-woodmart-woocommerce-wordpress-theme”
but nothing, and ts on fresh install of wordpress with all the WoodMart requirements.
its an RTL site.

please advice

PHP post_max_size => 64
PHP max_execution_time => 180
PHP max_input_vars => 10000
PHP upload_max_filesize => 64
