    Hi mike.c,

First of all, take our apologies for the long delay in answering.

Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

I have a several plugins that are required and cannot be disabled. I disabled or deleted any unnecessary plugins and it’s still not working.

I have multiple sites using this theme, each on has it’s own license.

The first site was built and this feature worked fine. I then cloned the site, de-activated the theme license and re-activated it with the updated license. The second and third site are both experiencing this issue with slides where you cannot upload a new graphic. There’s an image there from the clone, but when you try and update the graphic you can’t.

    Hi mike.c,

Please switch to Parent theme and update WoodMart Core plugin to the latest version, and check again.

If it still doesn’t help, I kindly recommend you to deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    Regards,
