Can't save anything in header builder

Hi!

I have followed all your ordinary given suggestions and turned off all the third party plugins. Also cleared all caches. Nothing changed. Also contacted to my host and they said that from their part and with the server everything is OK. Could you please check what is causing the problem.

And do you have any idea why I can’t update Facebook for WooCommerce plugin?

1) I have logged in to your website and checked none of your theme settings are saving. It seems that there is a file permission issue. Please provide CPanel or FTP details to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

2) And for the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin update you need to download the latest version and delete the previous and add the latest on your website using Dashboard or FTP.

With Facebook for WooCommerce plugin everything is OK now.

You can find FTP details from Private Content. Hopefully you are able to fix the saving problem.

I have just found that there is an issue from your server which does not allow or block to save anything on your site. Also not allowed to run the JS queries on the site. Please see the screenshot and ask the hosting provider to solve this issue for you. http://prnt.sc/rmzsv3

There is no issue in the theme.
