    hi, am have this error:
    PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
    please help, thanks!

    Please make the full backup of your site and try to upload by FTP https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    If you need help in please provide FTP access as well as login URL
