Can't update theme 3.8.1 -> 4.1

Hello,

I can’t update theme from 3.8.1 to 4.1. I tried through regular themes update and envato market – both not working. It returns:
Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Cannot find signature end of Central Dir record

I contacted the hosting company and get replied:

Problem was not solved even when these changes were made:

. setting rights
– upload_max_filesize
– upload_max_filesize
– post_max_size
– nor any change on the server

Manual FTP tranfer should be made.

Please advise.

I also tried to update WpBakery and can’t. I could however update the other plugins.

Theme: 3.8.1
Wordpress: 5.2.3
Woocommerce: 3.7
Php: 7.1

Try to do the following to update the theme:

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

If it does not help, make the full backup of your site and update via FTP https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

If you need help, provide FTP access to the private area.

If you cannot update the plugin in Appearance > Install plugins, upload the plugins ZIP from your profile of the forum and upload through Dashboard > Plugins > Add new or via FTP.
