Cant update theme

    Dear sirs
    continue on https://themeforest.net/comments/28700902
    i do that:
    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    But again i have this error: Paket nije moguće instalirati. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please disable all the plugins and activate the parent theme, update the theme, then update all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins. Then you need to update other plugins.

    Dear Sir I try to deactivate and i get message: Theme license is successfully deactivated.

    But when i again go to that iption i steill see that theme is activated.

    Hello, just passing there.

    I Notice that you are using Nulled Version of the theme (your screenshot shows NULLED-BY-GANJAPARKER). Guessing That is the reason why you can’t get any update.

    I think you’ll have to re-install the Officiall Theme from Woodmart, as your files may be corrupted. Or just let the support team guide you for that.
