Can’t update theme to 7.0.3. in WP admin

    Dear support, I can’t update my theme via the Update Now link in WP admin.
    It says
    Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I read your documentation and it says to deactivate / activate the license, which I did, but it did not help.

    The site had a different domain while under development and I switched to a new domain. Back then I already activated/deactivated the license to do so. In my account it lists the correct active domain. Can you help? Should I manually update it?

    I followed the instructions it still results in this error Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    It is a multisite network and admin can’t update theme, only super admin.

    Is there a way I can update the theme by myself? Maybe manually update it by uploading theme file from envato?

    You can access themes by My Sites > Network Admin > Themes
    Please notify me as soon as you update it
