Can’t update Woodmart theme to 8.0 because of error

    Hello,

    Just like last time to 7.6.0, now I can not update from version 7.6 to 8.0. I get the following message:

    An error occurred while updating Woodmart: An error occurred while updating Woodmart: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature. Same as last time.

    I tried several times and performed the actions to fix this problem as suggested at the end of the page at:

    And followed those instrauctions:
    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    What to do now?

    Hello,

    If this instruction doesn’t help, then it may be a problem with folders and files permissions on your website. Try to update the theme manually as described in the documentation https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    Thank you, this worked, the update to 8.0 is completed now.
