Cant't access wp-admin

disabled all plugin created new admin deleted htacces but still cant access wp-admin please help me check private content

Hello,

First of all, find a default file htaccess and upload it via FTP and never delete it.

If the problem still persists, follow these steps:

1. Enter your database and export the Database.

2. Enter wp_users table edit admin and password, choose MD5 and save.

Be very very careful! Make the backups before doing anything, enter the changes accurately not to damage your site.
