Carousel mobile design

I want to do in the mobile carousel (be it of categories or products) exactly like in the 2nd screenshot attached.

I need a custom css if you can help me. And for cards from products and for those from categories. Thank you!

The site in example 2 is under maintenance at the moment and I can’t put it live. Anyway it is done in opencart.

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available to achieve that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.
