Firstly, we have confirmed from the Test Site. The Brands element is working fine i.e. when you click on Brands under it, it redirects to the Archive page with selected Brand filtered. Here is the Test Site URL, at the bottom of it you will find the element added: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support
So, this clears the fact that the Element itself doesn’t have any issues.
On your Site, as you mentioned that you are using the Elementor Pro builder, so according to the Envato Policy we don’t provide Support for the third party Plugin issues. You will need to contact the respective Plugin Support in this regard. They will guide you better.
