Carroussel arrow sticky

Hi,

We have some information boxes that we would like to show as a carrousel on our homepage. I would like to show the arrow sticky as default (so not if you hover on the boxes) on desktop so it is more clear it is a carrousel. See examples of other shops. Can you please tell me how I can do this?

Sorry to say it is not possible to display those image navigation’s always except of hover effect.
