Cart and Checkout Pages Not Using Woodmart Layout

Hello,

After reinstalling the prebuilt pages several times, we noticed that our Cart and Checkout pages no longer use the Woodmart layout, colors, or styling. Instead, they seem to be displaying the default WooCommerce styling.

We would like to understand what might be causing this issue. We’ve noticed the same problem occurring on some of our other websites as well.

Currently, our temporary solution is to manually create new Cart and Checkout layouts under the Layouts section in Woodmart. While this works, we would prefer a more permanent fix and would like to prevent this from happening in the future.

We would greatly appreciate your help in identifying the root cause and providing a long-term solution.

Hello,

Maybe you use Gutenberg for the Cart and Checkout pages. In order to disable it, edit those pages and remove all Gutenberg blocks: https://take.ms/njJw2 , https://take.ms/NNHnG . Then define such shortcode for the checkout: https://take.ms/8yG9B , and for the Cart: https://take.ms/1bnqH , then those pages will be shown with the theme’s design.

Thank you very much for your reply. We have identified the issue—it was due to us using the Elementor Pro version. Therefore, we need to disable Elementor’s mini cart. Thank you again for your time.
