cart does not reset

I have a problem with my shopping cart. There is no item in it but it still shows 18.00 € when empty.
How to reset it to 0.00 €?

Hello,

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and recommended plugins. Then clear cache and check back.

If the issue still continues then deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

This is not the problem indeed. I can add products to the cart without worries.

The problem is that when the basket is empty, the displayed price is 18.00 € and not 0.00 €. Watch the screenshot. There is 0 product in it but the cart displays a price. I have already emptied the caches but the problem occurs on different computers.

Hi,

For me, it still showed 18.00 when the basket was empty. I finally deactivated my theme, installed another one and then installed it again. Now it works. Thank you for your feedback.
