It seems to be a conflict between the Elementor PRO plugin and WooCommerce. We have already checked and it doesn’t work also with a default Storefront WooCommerce theme. You need to contact Elementor PRO developers for help on this matter.

hi i chat Elementor pro customer service, and they told me they need few days to fix how can remove mini cart and forward customer to cart page directly

You can disable the shopping cart widget in WoodMart -> Header builder -> edit header -> edit cart element.
