    Hi,

    We have problems when clicking on the shopping bag icon to view carts content.
    Instead of the sliding in cart overview only the black overlay background is being loaded.

    Tried to fix by disabling plugins but no luck.

    Can you please tell me if there is a fix?
    Screencast of the problem is in private content.

    Hello,

    You need to set one and the same format for both mobile and desktop view http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3

    Make sure you have set drop-down or sidebar format for the cart in both views.

    Right, with parent theme it works.
    So this means we cannot use a child theme?

    Hello,

    Seems there is a part of your custom code in the child theme which breaks the functionality of the cart. You need to investigate and detect which code influence and delete it or edit.

    As soon as you fix your custom code, you will use your child theme without any problems.
