I want to add some text in between the product and the apply coupon button. Where is this page found to edit it?

Sorry to say it is not possible to insert custom text between them directly within that widget.

If you would like to add custom text, you can use a custom Cart layout and place a Text/HTML element either before or after the Cart Table widget.

If you specifically need the text between the products and the coupon field inside the table, that would require custom code.
