Cart Pop-up/Window not Displaying

When I add an item to the cart, or mouse over the cart after there is something in the cart, the cart window does not display, it just shows an empty rectangular box as can be seen in the image. How do I get this to work? Please advise. Thank you.

Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

Thank you for the quick reply.

I disabled all plugins not needed for Woodmart, and the cart was showing again. So I then activated the plugins one by one, by doing so I found out which plugin was causing the issue. It was the plugin PerfMatters.

I then started adjusting the settings for Perfmatters to see if I could get the cart to show while still using the plugin, I was able to get the cart showing again by just disabling all the options for Woocommerce, as you can see in the image.
